Contract laser production using twelve laser systems and the
laser-hardening, laser-welding, laser-surfacing processes
We use manual laser welding units, special PLC-controlled machines and, above all, universal NC machining centers.

• Nd:YAG lasers, pulsed and continuous-emission, up to 2 kW
• Diode lasers, CO₂ lasers, up to 3.5 kW
• Working area, 2D: 3 m x 1.4 m x 1 m, 3D: up to 2.6 m x 1.1 m x 0.8 m

Metallographic equipment, hardness-measuring systems, separation force measuring equipment, profile-sensor systems and fork-lift trucks (2.5 t) round off our equipment range.
