After-sales service
Our service team consists of well-qualified and trained staff. Mechatronics specialists with a laser qualification have been trained at our company since the year 2000.
Care is taken as early as the technology-development and machine-design stages to ensure that our mechanical-engineering customers will subsequently need to contact our service department as rarely as possible. We use carefully selected and very largely standardized and interchangeable modules, in order to minimize downtimes in case of failures. Our PLC and NC machines are supplied with facilities for remote diagnosis and remote servicing.
Since 2005, we have been installing a servicing management system (SMS) integrated into our PPS/MMS. These serve, inter alia, to draft servicing and maintenance technologies, schedule service deployments, and keep system histories. In this way, too, we assure fast, systematic service, proven over years to be reliable, for our customers.
