LVM machine-module systems

Flexible, future-safe and nonetheless right for each particular field - universal LVM-type laser systems can be configured from individual modules.
The LVM combines multiply proven components and the know-how gained in many years of custom-machine engineering. The modules:

• Handling/housing (manually actuated doors, automatic doors, etc.),
• Movements (three linear axes, basic axes, optionally in form of gantry, up to two tilt-pivot axes),
• Laser (direct-emitting diode lasers and all fiber-optic-coupled lasers from a few tens of Watts up to several kW),
• Quality assurance (image processing, data-base linking, QA modules),
• Control system (NC: PowerAutomation PA, Mitsubishi or Siemens 840D; PLC: Siemens S7 or Mitsubishi FX),
• Technology (welding, surfacing, hardening, cutting, etc.);

these can be combined to provide a range of different task-specific solutions.
