LVP gantry systems

We have developed a gantry system for large-format 3D machining using fiber-optics-coupled and directly-emitting diode lasers. The basic version with five axes itself permits 3D machining operations.

A sixth axis (rotation about the beam) can be used in the beam, and other axes rotating the work can also be used on the work side. We can supply these systems, including types with six axes, in cooperation with our software partner, ibs Automation, for special operations using asymmetrical tools, such as wire- or strip-feed units, and in-hole interior surface machining optical systems.
