At LASERVORM GmbH, there was a clear technical reason behind it:
For our customer HYGIENE OEDERAN Produktionsgesellschaft mbH, we developed and built a roll-to-roll laser system together with a partner.
This also solves the mystery from our last post:
The film shown there is the tampon packaging film.
Our laser system weakens or perforates this film along a defined line so that it can later be opened in a controlled and easier way.
The special aspect here:
The laser process, which is clearly visible in many of our systems, is almost invisible to the naked eye in this case – the laser power is set very low for this application in order to weaken the film only in a targeted way.
For our laser system engineering, this is a rather unusual product –
and for us, it was a very exciting project that we were able to successfully realize together with HYGIENE OEDERAN Produktionsgesellschaft mbH.
