There are advantages to operating robots without a classic robot controller: The NC system can be programmed in G-code, and many laser-specific functions (such as distance-dependent pulsing, teach-on-the-fly, tracing) are available.
Even today, the use of lamp-pumped Nd:YAG lasers is still justified for precision welding—especially when working with gold, silver, or platinum.
This laser machine is equipped with automatic image processing position correction and optional manual correction for demanding small-batch production of medical technology products.
