Service and maintenance
Our service team consists of highly qualified personnel. Since the year 2000, mechatronics engineers with laser qualification have been trained in-house.
Already during technology development and machine construction it is ensured that our engineering customers will later have to contact our service department as rarely as possible. In order to minimise downtimes in case of damages, we use carefully selected as well as mostly standardised and replaceable components. Our PLC and NC controlled machines are delivered with the possibility of remote diagnostics and remote maintenance.
Since 2005, we have been using a maintenance management system (MMS) which is integrated into our PPC / ERP. With this system, we create maintenance and repair technologies, schedule maintenance visits and keep machine histories. This also helps us to guarantee our customers a goal oriented, timely and permanently secure service.
